A Life-saving Guide Through the Troubled Waters of Real Estate

Our experience with Jim was amazing. From the get-go he was extremely helpful and informative, making sure we were aware of all the ins and outs of real estate and explaining them in a way we could understand. He was always willing to come tour a house with us pretty much regardless of the distance or time, and would give us his frank opinion on whether a given place was worth writing an offer for or not. We had several different types of housing options we were exploring, and Jim graciously kept an eye out for all the possibilities (and there were plenty!). When we did write offers, Jim walked us carefully through every step of the process and helped us to be both competitive and budget-friendly. Our search lasted for about four months, and Jim patiently journeyed with us until we found the right place. We would absolutely utilize Jim's services again whenever there is a need!

Allie was recommended to me by a family member and she's the best realtor I've ever had. She effortlessly posted my house for sale and personally assisted me getting ready for the showings, always there at a moments notice to roll up her sleeves and get to work without hesitation. Allie is an outstanding person who is very sensitive to your problems and needs. She went above and beyond before, during and after the sale of my house. Occasionally dates or times were changed at short notice. I'd highly recommend Allie to my family and friends without hesitation.
