We stopped in to Tynan's office in October of 2015. He was very helpful and personable. We picked a property and were closed within 30 days which is very unlikely. Tynan was the main reason for this fast timeline. He worked with the bank and seller very well and efficiently. He also answered answers we had once the closing was over (involved the taxes and split of the land we purchased). We have already recommended him to friends and they have set up a meeting with him to purchase property in the Tomahawk area.

We have been using Jayne Alwin as we look for a home for ourselves. After the unexpected death of my dad and my mom in a therapy center with a broken leg, we had come to the decision to sell their home and move her into an apartment. We have had great showings with Jayne so I decided to ask her to list their home. Without all her help I don't believe that we would have been able to successfully sell the home in such a short amount of time and for above listing price. She has been very professional and extremely helpful working through a home that was in a trust. The directions to get the home ready were very clear, and she provided a great referral for a home inspector. The pictures they did of the home were absolutely perfect. The sale came off without any problems and the closing process for my mom went smoothly. We will continue to use Jayne in our search for our home and I highly recommend her and her team for both selling and buying properties.
