My brother hired Joy because he had seen her signs advertising low fees. But from the moment she arrived to final the closing, we knew we had picked the best person in the area to sell our house. Joy's positive energy, and her ever-patient and generous spirit made our sale as easy as it could be. We asked Joy to sell my parents' lakeside home with some adjacent property.
