My brother hired Joy because he had seen her signs advertising low fees. But from the moment she arrived to final the closing, we knew we had picked the best person in the area to sell our house. Joy's positive energy, and her ever-patient and generous spirit made our sale as easy as it could be. We asked Joy to sell my parents' lakeside home with some adjacent property. We thought we had something special - the house was big and beautiful, the land was excellent. Joy demonstrated that she understood the market in the first few minutes of talking to her. We explained how the land across the street should be bundled in with the structure. She saw the vision right away and ran with it. This was a difficult sale. My brothers and I live in different states. All of us were stressed by the deaths of our parents. The eventual buyers created several waves of uncertainty with their negotiating style.
