We have been using Jayne Alwin as we look for a home for ourselves. After the unexpected death of my dad and my mom in a therapy center with a broken leg, we had come to the decision to sell their home and move her into an apartment. We have had great showings with Jayne so I decided to ask her to list their home. Without all her help I don't believe that we would have been able to successfully sell the home in such a short amount of time and for above listing price. The directions to get the home ready were very clear, and she provided a great referral for a home inspector. The pictures they did of the home were absolutely perfect. The sale came off without any problems and the closing process for my mom went smoothly.
