Toot was great to work with. I was all over the place of where I wanted to land after I sold my house. She walked me through the process and all the housing options. She went to bat for me when I was purchasing while also keeping me sane during the selling process. I was impressed with the amount of open houses that were held. She was great with feedback, both negative and positive. Toot will take care of you.

She is proactive and a great communicator. Her Market Analysis was excellent-detailed and in depth. Jean was either available or returned calls/emails very quickly when I needed to communicate with her. She took the time to review the process with me at the beginning since I was not familiar with current requirements to sell and close. Her explanations were very clear and she was able to answer all of my questions. I would recommend her for the above qualities as well as her professionalism and pleasant personality.
