My review title says it all!, Without Greg’s deep RE experience as council and agent we would not have succeeded in acquiring and selling our home. There were many ins and outs that needed navigating and Greg guided and communicated exceptionally. I would highly recommend Erchull’s hoping your transaction goes smoothly, but if it doesn’t, that is when you find the value of your team.
