If there’s one thing I learned from working with Catherine (aka-my mom) while looking for a home, it’s don’t leave a bad review for your own mother. All joking aside, yes she’s my mother, that doesn’t mean that I won’t spit the facts. Catherine maintained professionalism and courtesy as we navigated the stressors of buying a new home or moving and having to sell our old hone simultaneously. She maintained a high level of communication throughout the entire process, keeping us up-to-date on all processes and actions occurring as we navigating all the steps in buying/selling a home. When it comes to paperwork, she knows what to do and explains the process thoroughly to help mitigate the stress of it all. Michele did an outstanding job with the purchase of our home. She guided us through the process and communicated with us every step of the way. She anticipated every issue along the way and saved us $1000's though her advice and proactive negotiations. She worked very well with the listing agent and was able to close the complicated purchase of our lake property with several contingencies within 4 weeks. She is well connected with specialty trade workers and had a thorough inspection completed quickly. She went above and beyond by bringing in plumbers, electricians, foundation specialist and others to help inform our negotiation strategy to satisfy the home inspection contingencies.
