Rob was excellent all-around. Whereas previous brokers did a minimal amount of work, Rob was well-prepared from the start and did his homework once we listed with him. He kept us updated and anticipated possible developments as well. We really felt he wen the extra. Sometimes I wonder what brokers do for their fee, but in this case Rob really earned it.
