This came after working with another realtor in the area that wasn't meeting our needs. He was instrumental in helping us buy our house when we were over 1000 miles away, and even though we didnt get the chance to see the house in person until closing day, we knew exactly what we were getting. When our circumstances changed shortly after buying, he was right there willing and able to help us sell. Even though we have sold before, he walked us through every step, ensuring nothing was assumed. We couldn't have been more blessed to find Kris. I would recommend him to anyone!

Not only was Kris incredibly professional, he was incredibly personable and made things very easy and simple to follow. He was very versed in helping out with recommendations on how to get the best out of using our VA home loan! He was also very easy to reach out to from early morning to late evenings. He was so well known and and is an expert in his field, that other realtors at public house showings told me I was in good hands with him!

He isn't just trying to sell you every house, he is 100% honest and upfront about his thoughts and concerns with every house. I can't explain how much I appreciated every tidbit of knowledge he shared with us along the way. He would explain things like roof ages and foundation issues.
