Some constructive criticism: We wish they were more active in sending us potential listings, and although the market usually dictates negotiating leverage, we had hoped to see more aggressive negotiating on our behalf. In the end, we are satisfied with the deal we made, and our first home. We really appreciate Blake and his team! We will be using them for the next house we purchase.
