Blake rolled with the punches in our hunt for our first home, from a run-down house in the middle of the woods, to a run-of-the-mill house in the suburbs. We may have even stepped into a haunted one! Either way, Blake helped us gauge the houses, and provided some match-making feedback based on our wants and needs - without any pressure. We fully trusted Blake and his team with the whole process - no sketchy used-car salesman energy here! Some constructive criticism: We wish they were more active in sending us potential listings, and although the market usually dictates negotiating leverage, we had hoped to see more aggressive negotiating on our behalf. In the end, we are satisfied with the deal we made, and our first home. We really appreciate Blake and his team! We will be using them for the next house we purchase.
