She was very communicative and answered every question thoroughly and in a way we understood easily when it involved something new/unknown to us. She was readily available even when we had to communicate late due to my husbands work schedule. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market, providing us with beneficial information if we wanted to see a home that she’d shown previously and was able to provide us with home options that we hadn’t found or considered. She helped walk us through pros and cons of various scenarios and clued us into things to consider that we hadn’t come across in our research. Her negotiation skills are that of a goddess!! She worked out a deal where we had sizable closing cost assistance from the seller, had the seller fix a number of issues prior to closing, had the seller pay for home warranty etc. Thanks to her negotiations we ended up paying significantly less out of pocket than we had planned, so now we have more funds for savings and renovation! She attended all appointments with us (inspection, final walkthrough, closing etc) and even gave us a beautiful housewarming gift basket, somehow reading my mind and getting everything in my favorite color (blue)! Suzanne was professional, knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, meticulous and just plain awesome!! We are so grateful for her and everything she did for us.
