Our home buying experience with Christopher Suranna was everything we needed. His goal was to help us find the Right home for us - he listened carefully to our ideas, expertly assessed the properties that would meet our goals, and patiently guided us through the process. He was always alert to potential problems, and was willing to visit each property on our list. Once we entered into the purchase phase, Chris was our greatest advocate, helping us to negotiate for a fair price and a winning bid. When settlement became bogged down in some lender mix-ups, it was Chris who stood beside us and made sure we made it to closing on time. He was invested in Our success above all, and it showed. He is a great agent; knowledgeable about trends and all aspects of the home buying/selling experience; and a great friend to have when making such an important purchase. The ultimate real estate professional. We are grateful and highly recommend Christopher Suranna.

Nadine was absolutely wonderful helping me from beginning to end with a very stressful event in my life, but we did it! Thank you, Nadine Kennedy
