Seth went above and beyond to sell this house. The circumstances were unusual because it was a long distance sale. We live in Florida and the house we were selling was in Maryland. After spending an initial period of time there to get the house ready, we were able to handle things that came up with a quick phone call to Seth and he rook care of us. Seth even tracked down a small piece of furniture that an estate salesman accidentally took and mailed the piece to us. Incredible! He was outstanding from beginning to end and made this long-distance sale worry free. We can’t say enough good things about him other than to say, Seth knows the business very well, including any contacts you may need to get a house ready for sale. We highly recommend him without hesitation. We have sold a number of houses over the last few years and this has been our best experience yet.

Deneea, this woman. This woman was a worker. It did not mater day or night you text her she was going to get back with you. It could be 8pm you text her because you’re worried about something with in mins she got back calming everything down. She was very thorough. Deneea caught errors before they had a chance to be an actual error. We were expecting 45 ish days but closed in less than 30 because of her. If you’re serious about buying a home Deneea is the woman for the job.
