Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter saw a home close to her and recommended I use one of her friends, Deb Matthews, as an agent. I called Deb and we saw the house the next day. That evening, I put in an all-cash offer for the listing price. Unfortunately, the house was sold for more than asking. We listed our home through Magda early this August. Magda was great in explaining the whole process. She is very knowledgeable about the market and helped price the home accordingly. She staged the home to perfection and we ended up getting it under contract in a week for more than the listed price. We got this all done without having to even travel from TX for closing.
