Due to age and other factors, I wanted to downsize and relocate closer to my daughter and grandchildren. My daughter saw a home close to her and recommended I use one of her friends, Deb Matthews, as an agent. I called Deb and we saw the house the next day. Debt arranged the house inspection, attended the inspection, and arranged for the correction of a couple of minor items in my absence prior to settlement.
