Shante' was a joy to work with. I needed a market analysis and wanted someone I could trust and rely on. Shante' did her homework when providing me with the market analysis and reviewing the analysis with me. Her knowledge and experience made me feel very comfortable. When we put the house on the market she was there every step of the way to explain the process. She went through offers with me and was very supportive and encouraging during the whole process. She answered all my questions and explained things when I didn't understand. Great experience. Great customer service. Very caring.

Shante really listened to us on the sale of our house. She was on top of all things that needed to get done. She also was good at communicating with the buyers agent and keeping the ball rolling. She showed our house with enthusiasm and vision. I would recommend her.

An excellent experience working with Chuck Rehmer

Words alone cannot express the tremendous satisfaction & gratitude I have for Chuck Rehmer when it comes to being my realtor. Chuck is experienced & very knowledgeable when it comes to selling real estate. He is tough but fair and has the client's best interest at heart. His attention to detail & his intuition served me well. He takes a personal interest in not only the property, but the client as well. I have personally witnessed his report with other clients & contractors which left me very impressed. Although it is business, Chuck’s personality adds warmth to the process to the point it doesn’t feel that it’s “just business” He does his homework and adds his personal touch to things which in turn makes the whole process of selling real estate a pleasure. I have no problem using Chuck Rehmer as my real estate agent again should the need arise.
