My family and I moved to UT from out of state for a company transfer. We have purchased multiple homes in the past and are familiar with the process, Tricia was excellent to work with. She exceeded expectations all around, was extremely knowledgeable about homes in the area, and always had answers or retrieved them quickly. She’s pleasant to be around and is very polite, yet hard working and professional. She always engages to ensure we were always informed but never dominated conversation. She never rushed us, but was very efficient with our time. She worked hard for us, which made the whole process go very smoothly for us as buyers. Tricia will always be my go to agent for homes in northern UT, I can’t recommend her enough… A+
