Bob also picked an escrow company that was easy to work with, they even sent a notary all the way to Stanwood to my parents apartment on a Saturday so that I didn’t have to take them into Seattle to sign the closing documents, I had no idea that could even be done, but it sure made the closing easy on us, especially me.
