Christopher Cruz is the best realtor agent I have ever been with. He assisted me with preparing my house for sale on every detail from inside to outside. Knowing that i could not do many things on my own Chris spent his time for helping me to fix many things such as the window blinds, the patio sliding door as basement, the power outlet outdoor. He replaced the light bulbs and the door key and installed three carbon monoxide detectors. My house was sold after 7 days on the market.
