A few years ago, my husband were looking to buy land to build and we met Karie. She looked real hard but we eventfully felt that the time wasn't right. Years later, we decided to sell our home and I called Karie. She remembered us after all this time! Having never sold a home, we were really nervous about how to proceed. She explained the process so that BOTH my husband and I could understand and gave us many tools to keep us on track with deadlines and appointments. She was there with us every step of the way and was always available with any silly question we may have had. Karie is armed a team of photographer/videogragher and house cleaners that really made our house shine. We sold our home in two days and she negotiated almost $25,000 over asking!! If you want an Agent who is super knowledgeable and will get your dreams to come true, don't look any further than Karie Anthony!!
