We did not know Rob, nor did we know anyone who had used his services. He sold himself and we took a chance. So glad we did! Rob was easy to communicate and work with and was always available. He listened, asked us questions and allowed us to make the decisions, while also giving us his professional input. His knowledge and experience became very obvious from the beginning. He was always humble, kind, friendly and considerate. His communication skills were off the chart. Our home was very unique, therefore, we needed to attract just the right buyer. We didn’t get it on the market until July and yet, we still found that buyer in just 2 months!! We would recommend Rob to anyone looking for an agent to sell their home! Thank you, Rob!

Mantille was patient and timely with feedback. His knowledge about the market was handy and lent us the ability to sell our house way above asking price. He negotiated certain things into our agreements that were very helpful in making our move way more seamless and less stressful. Mantille is what every realtor should strive to be!
