After listing the home we immediately started getting offers, Stan was quick to educate and coach us on what each offer entailed, and which one(s) suited us best. Unfortunately first contract fell through for reasons out of everyone's control, Stan however did not skip a beat.... We went live moments later and were back in contract with a new buyer...
