We also had a heck of a time dealing with our condo association in getting work done for closing. She took that burden off our shoulders 100% which is a HUGE deal, as associations can be a big pain. She also had a professional photographer do the listing pictures and helped us stage it to maximize appeal- all included in the realtor fees- no extra cost!
