After working with a different agent whom we bought a home through Sabrina was the sellers agent at the closing. She was so wonderful that when we were back on the market ready to make another purchase, we thought we would look her up and give her a try. Clearly that was one of the best decisions we ever made. Buying and selling can be stressful and nerve wrecking which is why you need seasoned realtor who is not commissioned driven but genuinely care about clients satisfaction. I sold my condo in Jackson, WI with Sabrina. She recommended the highest list price, and sure enough, she was spot on as we sold it for exactly what we asked. She was always quick to respond to calls and texts, and even went to the condo multiple times for us while we were work. We also had a heck of a time dealing with our condo association in getting work done for closing. She took that burden off our shoulders 100% which is a HUGE deal, as associations can be a big pain. She also had a professional photographer do the listing pictures and helped us stage it to maximize appeal- all included in the realtor fees- no extra cost! I was so nervous taking the leap and actually buying a home to live in. I knew absolutely nothing about the process and all that had to go into preparing, looking, and buying a home. Once our offer was accepted, Sabrina informed us of, and took care of, the mountains of paperwork, for everything from inspections to amendments to offers.
