Working with Kitty Wallace greatly exceeded my expectations. Kitty simplified the home buying process as much as possible, she kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any/all of my questions. She made a complicated process incredibly seamless. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary or secondary home. When I met her to pick up my keys I was welcomed with a basket full of goodies to celebrate in addition to a freshly cleaned home from one of her team members. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. She truly loves the area that she is selling homes in. It was so refreshing and made the process of moving to a new city incredibly exciting. Go see her and Robyn at Windermere for your home buying needs!!!

We were long distance buyers. We regularly received information about homes on the market. We specifically were looking for a single story home, but looked at other possibilities due to the dearth of that style home in Gig Harbor. We asked Ronda to show us a couple of homes on our last visit. Ronda was invaluable during the purchase process especially because we were out of towners. She attended the inspection and followed up on the item that needed mitigation. We highly recommend Ronda.
