Mary Ann was super responsive and took the time to walk us through each step of the process of both selling and buying. The Whittaker team has the knowledge and expertise to advise and handle even the most complicated situation. We had so many moving parts to make the selling of our home, our parents home and to purchase another home together, all come together in a timely manner. She helped make this life changing event so much less stressful. Thanks, Mary Ann for helping make our dreams come true.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with in the search and purchase of our new home. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help us with finding exactly what we wanted. She was very fast and proficient in the handling of everything that was involved in the whole process. Kelly was also very friendly as well as professional throughout the whole process.

I cannot say enough good things about my realtor! She was kind, sweet, incredibly intuitive, smart, and truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. My house had been on the market with another realtor for over a year with no success. Then she stepped in, and within just a few months, she got it sold! She knew exactly how to present the house, helped me stage it beautifully, made sure it was marketed properly, and was always available and in communication with me. She didn't just put a sign in the yard and wait for someone to come along. She put real effort into making sure my home was shown in the best possible way, and her attention to detail made a huge difference. I am so grateful for everything she did for me. She made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who genuinely cares about her clients and works hard to get the job done!
