I had no experience what-so-ever with titling and selling properties that I had inherited. However, that was made simple with the help, knowledge, and expertise that comes in a package named Carolyn Vivian. I initially chose Carolyn because I loved her name, it reminded me of the movie stars from the Golden Age of Hollywood, and I am glad I did because Carolyn was a Faunt of information and had all the experience to show me what, how, and when to do things. Selling my properties was so easy and she found me a buyer within two days. I cannot recommend her enough and should i decide to sell my home, I will be going to her. Thank you, Carolyn, for making what was a potential disaster for me being made easy.

Great to have Brittany’s advice. We will definitely hire her in the future. Top notch

Patty is a real pro. Caring attitude and attention to detail sets her apart. Very knowledgeable with years of experience and many contacts in real estate. Highly recommended.

Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with in the search and purchase of our new home. She is very knowledgeable and was able to help us with finding exactly what we wanted. She was very fast and proficient in the handling of everything that was involved in the whole process. Kelly was also very friendly as well as professional throughout the whole process.
