We were long distance buyers. We regularly received information about homes on the market. We specifically were looking for a single story home, but looked at other possibilities due to the dearth of that style home in Gig Harbor. We asked Ronda to show us a couple of homes on our last visit. Ronda was invaluable during the purchase process especially because we were out of towners. She attended the inspection and followed up on the item that needed mitigation. We highly recommend Ronda.

He got the ball rolling and was super helpful when researching different options and remained calm whenever I was feeling stressed about the process. I was out of state the whole time and he arranged a video tour and checked out the house himself when I could not be there. He went over and above multiple times when I needed additional information. I will definitely refer him to anyone I know that needs an agent and if I (heaven forbid) ever buy or sell another property I will call Keith first thing. 10/10 do recommend!
