We used Jenah Mahan as our realtor for the purchase of our home in Yelm, Washington back in 2014. She did a great job at that time, so we called her again when we were ready to sell the home in the Fall of 2017. As we experienced previously, Jenah was very quick to respond to any questions we had via email, text and/or telephone from the moment we contacted her to list the home to the close of escrow. When we listed our home, we had four offers within several days. When the first offer fell through, Jenah called others back to see if they were still interested, and we were able to close escrow before our son moved out of the area. Tammie is the only agent I will deal with we trust her to make any decision on real estate. We will also follow her advice on anything. Basically, we let her make all the decisions. She always calls and askes us if it is ok to do this or that, when she knows the answer, but she always checks with us.
