We initially started working with Juli as our buyers agent while looking for property to buy and build a home. We looked for months for the right property and ended up finding property with a home on it already that we LOVED! We then started using Juli as our sellers agent as well because we needed to quickly sell our home in order to purchase the new property. Juli was great at marketing our house, helping us know how to stage it better, getting the word out that it was going to be listed, and helping us know what upgrades we should or shouldn't do with being time sensitive. There were some stressful times with both buying and selling but Juli was very professional and knowledgeable to handle any situation that was thrown at us. Highly recommend her, and we have already started referring her to friends and family!

A hands on very available wonderful real estate agent.It was the name Cobblestone Reality that attracted me as it just said tradition, comfort and home and that is what caused me to call Terri. First speaking to Terri I was impressed by her ability to understand what we were seeking. With her intelligent questions, clarity and ability to explain things it was clear to us that in a world of many agents some with big advertising budgets this agent had the knowledge, the experience to help us navigate what ended up being a very complicated and unusual real estate endeavor. We sold a home with Terri and then purchased another home with property, it was not an an easy transaction and it was longer and more complicated than the average transaction but I will tell you at no time did we not feel that we were in very good hands. In the months of this long and complicated transaction, the hundreds of questions, the untold number of documents, going back and forth with phone calls, in person meet-ups and texts we never once felt that we were on the back burner or a secondary client with her. We could not tell you if Terri had multiple clients or only one but I will tell you that we felt that every attention even the smallest detail was given to us. All of us ( four adults) in this transaction would highly recommend Terri and Cobblestone Reality for very serious detailed knowledge, for decades of experience, for a wonderful joyous attitude, for hard work, for the ability to explain even the most complicated components of the transaction in a way that a person who knew nothing about it could very easily understand. If we need the services of a real estate agent it would be no no question for us as we will go directly to Cobblestone Reality. We are grateful that we met her and we are very grateful to to do business with a with a real estate agent who really knows the real estate market very thoroughly.
