Rob provided everything I needed, whether it be advise or best practice on what to expect during the phases of the sale and probate actions. Hiring contractors and handymen to get the property fully ready to hit the market in tip top shape. If that wasn’t enough Rob paid the hired help out of his own pocket until the property closed. Not only did I not have to think about the property as an out of state seller, Rob sold our property at full asking price. I 💯 recommend Rob Calkins if you are looking for a realtor.
