From the first phone call we had with Dale we were confident we’d found our agent. Dale is an excellent listener who pays close attention to his client’s needs. He is sharp and always ready with a game plan. Even in a difficult situation and market, he was encouraging and didn’t give up on us. As a result of his hard work and expertise, we are now living in a house beyond what we thought we could find. Our seven year old son said it best “Mr. Dale doesn’t feel like our agent, he feels like our friend!”. Thank you Dale!!!

So far it has been a smooth transaction for the sale. Kevin has been very respectful and thoughtful in the transition of selling our condo. Thank you Kevin for all your help.
