Very good at researching the home.

I met Mantille in the community work that I had been doing for several years. I have seen Mantille grow from a starting real estate agent to a top performing real estate agent with his real estate firm. Mantille was consistent over the years, circling back periodically to see if I was ready to buy a home. The commitment was something that I admired about him so when me and my partner were ready to buy, Mantille was the first real estate agent I thought of. Throughout the homebuying process Mantille was attentive to our wants and was always willing to show up to view the homes we were interested in. I would say he went above and beyond in this regard as our range of homes was broad at first. As time went on we narrowed our scope until we found the home and property that checked all our boxes. From when we started the homebuying journey to when we found our home and had our offer accepted it took about 4 months. Throughout the time Mantille was sure to answer any questions we had about homes, properties, and the buying process. Once we found the home we wanted Mantille represented us well, and we were satisfied with the deal that was struck. All in all, Mantille is a stand-up real estate agent who is a great fit for first time home buyers, and buyers committed to their vision.

Mike did an outstanding job assisting us with purchase of our house. His expertise in the market's geographic area was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value of the area. Mike was very involved in all aspects of the closing. He was friendly, responsive and always give great values.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Lisa thought I was crazy when I told her the type of property I was looking for, it was definitely a unicorn! But she listened to my needs and we found the “perfect” house. She was very responsive and transparent, and walked me through every step of the process. There were multiple offers on the property I wanted but with her experience we ended up with the house and we closed quickly. Very glad Lisa was my realtor and look forward to working with her again.
