Will was excellent from start to finish. He knew the market well and communicated clearly and confidently at every step. Whenever we sent him a listing, he was ready to get us in to tour it right away. Once we found the home we loved, he helped us put together an offer that was competitive but still comfortable for us. At one point our lender wasn't responsive enough, and it put our offer at risk. Will connected us with a lender who jumped in quickly, and he kept the seller confident in our offer the whole time. After our offer was accepted, he stayed on top of everything: he helped us set up the inspection, answered our many questions, and kept things moving efficiently. What could have been a really stressful experience felt manageable, because we always knew he had it handled. If we ever buy again, we wouldn't consider anyone else. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

We feel incredibly fortunate to have worked with Kate through both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our previous home. She helped guide us through both transactions with patience, honesty, and excellent advice. Her knowledge and experience were invaluable, and we completely trusted her judgment. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind and was giving us honest advice, even when it wasn't necessarily the easiest answer. We truly enjoyed working with her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely caring real estate professional.
