Vanessa was always responsive, always fast acting, and on a tricky land deal she tracked down all the utilities, local contacts, and helped sort through all the records associated with the property as often as needed. she was always professional and organized but at the same time very genuine. When the lender I came into the deal with was not performing as hoped, she had just the right professionals to direct me towards to wrap up a complex loan process. She also kept me on track and prepared for all the milestones during the contract period until we closed. I can't imagine anyone else I would have more confidence in for my next real estate deal. I highly recommend her for her calm urgency, local knowledge, keeping the deal on track no matter what roadblocks came up, and her personalized approach.
