Her confidence and professionalism were evident from the beginning, as she brought in a terrific photographer whose stylings created a great deal of interest in the property from the get-go, and I was eventually able to secure several offers within the first 8 weeks on the market! As the home-sale process can be a trying and anxious time, Ashley always lent an air of positivity to the proceedings, and I never felt "out of the loop" as her communication skills were top-notch, whether on email, or via text/phone. I was always aware of deadlines during the sale process, and given the best advice when I asked about the many options and directions a seller can take along the way for the best chance of success. She made the process more fun and less challenging than I imagined it would be. She is a knowledgeable, loving and caring person, and I would definitely hire her again as my agent!!!!
