I had the pleasure of working with Ashley Turner to sell my home in the Spring/Summer of 2024. Her confidence and professionalism were evident from the beginning, as she brought in a terrific photographer whose stylings created a great deal of interest in the property from the get-go, and I was eventually able to secure several offers within the first 8 weeks on the market! As the home-sale process can be a trying and anxious time, Ashley always lent an air of positivity to the proceedings, and I never felt "out of the loop" as her communication skills were top-notch, whether on email, or via text/phone. I was always aware of deadlines during the sale process, and given the best advice when I asked about the many options and directions a seller can take along the way for the best chance of success. She made the process more fun and less challenging than I imagined it would be. She is a knowledgeable, loving and caring person, and I would definitely hire her again as my agent!!!!

Ashley was very helpful in getting us through what ended up being a pretty weird closing process (which was not her fault at all), as well as communicating with the selling agent for extra information which we couldn't find on our own. We're very happy with the property we bought with Ashley's help!
