Where do I even begin? We stumbled across Matt’s profile five years ago trying to find the top realtor in the Greater Seattle area. We had already spoken with over half a dozen other realtors before our call with Matt, but after chatting with him, I told my husband we needed Matt by our side. Something about talking with him just felt, right. Ever since that virtual call, Matt helped us buy our first home in the 2020 housing market, then sell that home two years later for well over asking. We moved to Indiana and when we moved back to Washington, Matt helped us buy our current home by beating an all-cash offer. What’s the best coffee shop in this area? The answer is always “let’s ask Matt”. Even when we lived in Indiana, we called Matt for advice on home improvement. We called when we needed someone to listen and help us decide if we should move back to Washington. For every home-related decision, Matt was there, making us feel like his only priority. When we were searching for our first home, we were new to the area and looked at houses from Mill Creek to Issaquah — sometimes all in the same day. But Matt never flinched, it was as if each of these homes were only a five-minute walk from him. Matt makes home buying truly effortless. In such an unpredictable market where homes are going well over asking, he blew us away with the accuracy of his pricing predictions, which allowed us to know exactly where we stood before making an offer. Matt always says “I’m in your corner” and nothing could be more true. I absolutely recommend reaching out to him to help you in your home buying or selling journey.

This review is long overdue (6 months) - but we wanted to make sure we did it and didn't blow it off since - KELLI IS AMAZING!!! She listened to us, gave us phenomenal advice (even when it wasn't what we always wanted to hear), got us top dollar (she helped us set a new price per square foot for our neighborhood), was top-notch professional and so very approachable - and always stayed in great communication no matter how long or numerous the emails. We can't say enough good things about Kelli and would recommend her again in a heartbeat to our closest friends and family - and, if we lived in the area, we would use her again!!!
