We were long distance buyers. We regularly received information about homes on the market. We specifically were looking for a single story home, but looked at other possibilities due to the dearth of that style home in Gig Harbor. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
