Rob is a patient and trusting agent. When I first met Rob, he was all professional and made it clear to me that I was in the driver's seat. We had chatted more than a year before I finally was ready to list my home for sale. His patience was much appreciated as I was going through a life change that required careful consideration. When we finally listed my home, he was able to secure multiple offers in half the time similar homes were on the market! I was ecstatic when I received a full price offer from a buyer. Unfortunately, the buyer's lender (NEXA) was not up to the task and struggled while attempting to close. During this time, Rob was fighting for me every step of the way. He bargained for cash back to me due to the wasted time and communicated early and often exactly what was happening. I felt that Rob was in my corner the entire time. Finally, we closed with much more agreeable terms for me as the seller. You can trust Rob to be a thoughtful and thorough agent. He is always open to your opinions and offers helpful suggestions. Thank you Rob for working with me. I look forward to working with you in the future.

Great to have Brittany’s advice. We will definitely hire her in the future. Top notch
