Working with Michelle was a really great experience. She was great at making me and my teenager comfortable and made it a fun experience. I hadn’t anticipated needing to buy a new home at the time so I was kind of flying by the seat of my pants. I didn’t have a list of specific ‘needs’ or things to look for which I know can be difficult to work with but Michelle stayed positive and open to pretty much anything I threw at her. She asked great questions to figure out where I was at and what ‘feeling like it could by our home’ meant to me. Even if she doesn’t call attention to it her knowledge of the market is pretty impressive and I love her YouTube videos. It actually didn't take too long to find our place and Michelle was super supportive throughout the negotiations and then through closing. My experience was pretty straightforward and painless but if there were complications I have no doubt Michelle would have been fantastic then too. I’m so very happy that I reached out to Michelle and would highly recommend her to anyone.
