Nikki and Jim just know what’s up. They priced it correctly, and negotiated like masters. Jim was fantastic about communication- aside from his detailed weekly updates, we knew he was a phone call away if we needed anything. But we didn’t need anything bc the team is so thorough that we didn’t have to wonder or worry. Awesome job by these two.

Unlike most, Monica ACTUALLY works for her client. Monica is fast, concise, thorough, and the follow-up Queen! The woman knows her business, the markets and provides outstanding advise when asked. Advice which got us the highest $$ for our property given the current climate. Conns? If I had to complain about one thing, it would be that Monica lives and works in FL, and I cannot continue to give her my ongoing business here in Montana.
