Working with Amy was truly one of the best parts of our home-buying experience. From the very beginning, she was warm, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to really get to know us — not just what we were looking for in a house, but who we are as a family. What meant so much to us was how amazing she was with our kids. She would play with them and keep them entertained while we toured homes, which made everything so much easier and more enjoyable. Amy was also incredibly flexible and understanding of our busy schedules. She didn’t hesitate to show the same home to my husband and me on different days so we could each see it in person. Her communication was always clear and timely, and we never felt out of the loop. During negotiations, Amy was calm, confident, and truly had our best interests at heart. It’s easy to see why everyone who knows her loves her — she has a special way of making you feel supported, heard, and cared for throughout the entire process. We are so grateful for everything Amy did for us and would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Amy made the whole process easy. I would highly recommend

Amy Donahoo was at our side from beginning to end of the process. we were long distance buyers and needed an agent with attention to detail. Amy involvement and questioning attitude kept us in a comfort zone throughout the process.
