I worked with Monique to sell a house and then buy a house contingent on that sale. I literally could not have asked for a better realtor for either! Specifically, for the sale, Monique had my house under a contract in ten days. TEN DAYS in the end of 2025, in a buyers market. And at the price I wanted for the house. Monique stopped by the house prior to it's posting, and made recommendations as to how to present the house to reflect all it's good features, and little things to fix up. Not only that, she took it upon herself to tour other homes in the area to get a good feel about my house compared to those ones, in terms of asking price. Monique is realistic and honest. If you want to post your house at a price she feels is too high, she'll tell you, and give your information towards posting it at a better price to sell it quickly. If you want to post your house at a price she feels is too low, she'll tell you a price to post it for what it's worth. However, she's never pushy about anything and will follow whatever guidelines you have. Once the house was ready to be photographed and posted, it happened so quickly! The pictures she had done were gorgeous, and really showed off the house to it's best. It was then online so quickly, and started getting saves and viewing requests fast. Monique worked with potential buyers to view the house at times that worked for me, and they all went amazing. Once the house was under contract, and had the inspection done, there were some things the buyer requested to have repaired. Monique had excellent recommendations for the repairs, and they were also done quickly. If I ever had questions, Monique was so responsive and knowledgeable about everything. If there was ever anything she felt she needed expertise on, she had a person to call. Selling this home and buying another contingent on the sale felt like an insurmountable nightmare at the beginning. But between Monique and the lender she recommended, it was a dream.

I worked with Monique to purchase a house contingent on the sale of my first house. I'm not sure I'll be able to properly express my gratitude to Monique, but I'll do my best. House buying terrified me, but Monique kept me grounded, and taught/told me everything I needed to know. Once my first house was under contract, the whirlwind of buying a second one began. She was always avaliable by phone, and always got back to me quickly. She worked so hard for me, and I'm still a bit shell shocked it all happened so easily. I'll list some of the most important aspects that really stood out to me, and that I think are really important for a person looking for a realtor. First, Monique is incredibly knowledgeable, even about the money parts that she doesn't necessarily need to know (as that's the lenders part). Even if she doesn't know, she knows someone who does. Second, Monique is honest and realistic. If she tours a house with you, and spots red flags, she's going to upfront tell you, and make a recommendation. I toured a house I really liked, and the we got to the room for the washer/dryer. The floor was incredibly pitched. Monique immediately pointed out it probably had a foundation issue, and gave me the full run down of why purchasing it would be a horrible idea. If theres a question about an aspect of the house, she's immediately on the phone to get an answer. During the purchase of the house I'm in now, she was upfront about what was a must for the sellers to fix, and what was just a petty thing not worth fighting. Third, Monique will go to bat for you. She'll negotiate with the sellers, and so long as you have expressed your parameters with her, she will push to get them for you. Fourth is again the knowledge - I'm pretty sure Monique knows everyone. If I needed a home inspector, she had a list. If I needed an expert in anything, she had the people for it. I trusted Monique with basically every single aspect, and I couldn't be happier. She's just the best!
