Lisa Flood was referred to us by our neighbors after visiting their new condo in Wintergreen. Over the summer we contacted Lisa and she set us viewings for us across the mountain to get a good feel for the area. When we decided to move forward in the fall, Lisa lined up more viewings. She generously shared her knowledge of the mountain, the properties, and the individual units we were looking out. She provided us with so much critical information that we were confidently able to make a decision and put in an offer that day, that was accepted the following day. We had many questions about the homeowners association that she was able to answer promptly. She even identified a faulty thermostat the day before closing and was able to quickly coordinate a repair with the sellers without delaying out closing.
