We could not be more happy with Lisa Flood. She was a partner in our entire process, beginning to end. We were only dabbling -- thinking we would only buy a house if the perfect option came along and we were sure it would not. Lisa listened carefully to my wife as they toured a couple houses that did not come close to the "perfect." Lisa then learned of a new listing about to come on the market that should thought would tick all the boxes that she had heard in the prior visits. She was right -- we toured the house just as the listing went live, made an immediate offer, with her good advice as to how to best position it, and the offer was accepted. She then "held our hands" as she shepherded us through the next 45 days to closing (working around our need to be out of the country for a third of that time). We could not be happier with the experience (finding the house for us that we candidly did not think would exist) and then working with us to make it all come together.
