I used Dennis Woodriff 16 years ago when I moved back to Virginia to purchase an amazing home. When it was time to sell, I knew I wanted to work with him again. This was a very complex sale as it involved a purchase of a new home in an overheated housing market and the sale of 2 separate properties. Additionally, the sale of one home involved very difficult buyers. Dennis was the model of patience! We weren’t even sure what we wanted to start out, so he helped us explore the possibilities of land purchase and build versus turnkey, versus remodeling while combining two households with different needs. All in a market where properties were sold less than 24 hours after being listed. We looked at innumerable properties in 3 counties. He was spot on in terms of market knowledge, pricing and “knowing the players.” He was always calm and collected, even when we weren’t. He is so well versed on home construction, it was like house hunting with a home inspector. He even helped us pack and haul belongings at the very end. We ended up with a property we have to pinch ourselves to believe we own and selling our homes quickly at the price (or better) than we wanted. We can’t recommend Dennis enough for the full service he provides but also because he’s a really great guy with whom to work.
