Katie and David Dew are the total, package and that is how they marketed our home. They promoted the area as much as promoting the house - total package. We highly recommend IKH Reality - we interviewed several agents/companies. They're pricing was spot on and the closing was swift. They are a joy to work with, they put their customers first through the process, and pay attention to every detail. We signed an agreement on 3/18; had a ratified contract on 4/8; closed on 5/15!
